Build and maintain relationships with Associate Board, Student Board, and volunteers; support fundraising events and silent auctions; facilitate volunteer engagement; coordinate onboarding and communications; capture storytelling content; and manage social media, blog, and newsletter content. The role requires frequent in-person engagement in Chicago, occasional evening and weekend work, and collaboration across development and program teams to support fundraising, visibility, and volunteer retention.

Coordinates and expands out-of-school-time programming for Chicago youth. Responsibilities include scheduling programs, securing vendors and community partners, collaborating with teachers, onboarding and training staff, recruiting K–8 students, entering attendance and timesheet data, managing budgets, and supporting instruction. The role requires strong administrative, analytical, organizational, communication, teamwork, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, along with a commitment to equity and serving underserved communities.
