Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and launches for new customers: manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders; build and QA SMS/MMS/Push/Wallet/RCS campaigns; configure A/B tests and segmentation; ensure compliance and brand accuracy; troubleshoot platform issues; document processes and serve as primary customer contact.

This role involves developing backend solutions with Ruby on Rails, designing responsive frontends using React.js, and managing AWS infrastructure with Terraform in a full stack capacity.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Vibes' Platform, balancing reliability for enterprise marketers with an ambitious AI-native transformation. Own AI strategy and partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer teams to deliver automation (send-time optimization, personalization, predictive segmentation), define success metrics, build customer relationships, run experiments, and lead cross-functional execution to drive adoption and measurable campaign outcomes.
