The VP, Client Services oversees account management functions, leads client service teams, develops staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and aligns departments with customer service goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Provide high-volume client and driver support via phone, email, and internal apps. Log and manage requests in CRM, execute operational tasks (licenses, transport, remarketing), run reports, escalate issues, and meet Salesforce KPIs to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Perform fundamental financial analysis (BS/IS/CF), underwrite and recommend credit decisions, monitor portfolio risk, produce credit reports and periodic reviews, build automated credit processes and dashboards, and collaborate with sales and AR to manage client risk and collections.
