Manage a portfolio of fleet-service clients, oversee operational requests and escalations, coordinate internal resolution, facilitate action-register meetings, provide client training, maintain Salesforce cases and KPIs, support QBRs, identify process improvements, and cultivate strong client relationships. The role requires customer-service expertise, communication, organization, problem-solving, Excel proficiency, and collaboration across teams. This is a hybrid, full-time position in Georgia or Illinois with 10% travel.

Leads a team of 10–17 Account Managers responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Oversees escalations, performance metrics, staffing, coaching, process improvement, change management, customer inquiries, and strategic account plans. Partners cross-functionally to improve service delivery, meet SLAs and KPIs, and support employee development. The hybrid role requires up to 20% travel and experience in client service, leadership, and preferably the fleet industry.

Supervise 10–15 invoice processors and oversee accurate, timely invoice and financial transaction processing. Responsibilities include assigning work, training and evaluating staff, validating invoices against purchase orders and contracts, resolving vendor discrepancies, maintaining controls and reconciliations, preparing finance reports, supporting audits, responding to billing inquiries, and improving procedures. The role requires collaboration with vendors, clients, managers, and internal departments while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
