Responsibilities include executive and internal communications, public relations, issues management, and team leadership.

Process and post vehicle sale transactions and payments, maintain financial records, resolve sale and title issues, manage sale jackets and exceptions, coordinate with accounting and vendors, and provide high-quality internal customer service within KPIs.

Process third-party and auction vehicle sales to meet KPIs: post payments, manage titles and sale jackets, resolve inquiries and exceptions, audit sale paperwork and fees, coordinate buyouts and vendor interactions, and perform related administrative duties supporting internal teams.
