Designs digital and live learning solutions from needs analysis through evaluation. Partners with subject matter experts, Product Management, and stakeholders to diagnose performance needs, select formats, create eLearning and other learning assets, apply accessibility and inclusive design, and use feedback and data to improve outcomes. The role also involves project management, experimentation with AI-enabled tools, and developing product, technical, process, and customer education.

Manages a portfolio of fleet-service clients, handling operational requests, escalations, action registers, reporting, training, and relationship development. Coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, maintain service-level commitments, and support client meetings and activations. The role tracks Salesforce KPIs, performs root-cause analysis, develops SOPs, and promotes client retention and success while managing competing priorities in a hybrid environment.

Provides advanced support to an in-house corporate legal department across contracts, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. Drafts and reviews routine agreements, maintains contract and entity records, supports board activities, tracks regulatory changes, prepares compliance materials, and coordinates claims, discovery, insurers, and outside counsel. The role collaborates with internal business teams, manages multiple priorities independently, mentors junior paralegals informally through process improvements, and requires strong legal research, writing, organization, and communication skills.
