Provides transactional and commercial legal advice across business units at a biopharmaceutical company. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates vendor, confidentiality, licensing, supply, consulting, clinical trial, and managed care agreements. Manages contractual and regulatory risks, supports commercial negotiations, partners with business teams and outside counsel, and assists with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and private debt matters.

Supports pharmaceutical formulation, process, and method development through analytical method implementation, optimization, characterization, data analysis, robustness and qualification studies. Maintains detailed laboratory records, interprets instrument data, reviews relevant literature, and presents internship findings. The role involves working independently and collaboratively with small-molecule and therapeutic-peptide drug product formulations in a fully onsite laboratory environment.

Supports business and technology teams in translating business needs into data, AI, automation, and technology solutions. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, evaluating platforms, identifying AI use cases, analyzing business data, supporting prototypes and proofs of concept, assisting with data governance, defining KPIs, and preparing dashboards and presentations. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally and complete a Data or AI capstone project.
