  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Work with customers, RCM operations teams, and sales to gather feedback, validate product-market fit, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to support product positioning, value propositions, and enablement.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in RCM to continuously evolve the product offering.

  • Lead customer-facing initiatives, including workshops and executive briefings, to showcase product capabilities and roadmap alignment.
  • Work with leadership to support strategic partnerships and alliances relevant to the RCM ecosystem.

 What You Need

  • 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 8+ years in leading RCM products in healthcare technology companies.
  • Prior experience in RCM operations, consulting, or working with RCM service providers is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the entire RCM lifecycle, including patient access, revenue integrity, claims processing, denials management, and payment reconciliation.
  • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise healthcare products.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across engineering, operations, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent is preferred.

We offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.

Here’s What We Offer
