About the Role

Join the Copado Team as a Federal Account Executive. Build an effective go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, build advocacy, engage in account planning, and identify and manage new Sales opportunities in the Federal space by leveraging relationships and working collaboratively with our supporting teams.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and drive a Federal growth strategy to conduct targeted outbound prospecting, expand pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Build strategic co-sell relationships and execute targeted marketing with key federal influencers, including implementation partners, ISVs, and Salesforce Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Position Copado's value proposition around customer growth goals while managing account relationships, forecasts, and post-sale customer success in Salesforce CRM
  • Track key federal metrics and market trends for leadership while completing product and process certifications to maintain deep solution expertise


What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience selling SaaS into Federal organizations with established relationships, plus 1+ years in a sales capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Proven ability to navigate business and technical challenges, with a track record of driving new outbound business into target accounts
  • Strong passion to build a region, balance shifting priorities, and thrive in an uncertain, fast-paced startup environment
  • High EQ with a team-first mindset, capable of giving/receiving professional feedback and building mutually beneficial cross-functional relationships
