About the Role

Litify is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling SaaS solutions to corporate legal departments and enterprise clients. As part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the enterprise legal management (ELM) space. You’ll play a critical role in expanding Litify’s presence among Fortune 1000 companies and helping legal departments modernize their operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise legal departments (deal sizes typically $100K–$1M+ ARR).
  • Develop a deep understanding of Litify’s platform and how it solves critical pain points in corporate legal operations.
  • Target and engage General Counsel, Legal Operations leaders, and IT stakeholders.
  • Partner with BDRs and Solution Engineers to deliver compelling value-based sales presentations.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes, legal reviews, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, maintaining clear communication with sales leadership.
  • Stay up to date on trends in legal technology, legal operations, and enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Contribute to refining our go-to-market strategy by sharing feedback from prospects and customers.

We require:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years selling into enterprise legal or legal tech preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a complex, consultative sales environment.
  • Experience selling to General Counsel, Legal Ops, or similar roles in corporate legal departments.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate ROI and strategic value.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a collaborative approach to team selling.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and legal tech tools is a plus.

Disclosure:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000. You will also be offered a commission and benefits.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. 

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
