About the Role

Insureon is seeking an Account Manager to service and maintain a book of Management Liability accounts, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPLI), Fiduciary Liability, and Crime coverage for Private Company and Not-For-Profit clients.

This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of Management Liability accounts through the full policy lifecycle — new business, renewals, and endorsements

  • Gather client information and documentation; set up new accounts in our AMS system

  • Review and process policy endorsements, loss runs, and notices with accuracy and timeliness

  • Submit applications to carriers to obtain new and renewal quotes

  • Resolve client issues and answer coverage questions independently

  • Document all transactions and client interactions in the AMS system

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure renewal workflows are completed on time

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to developing more efficient procedures

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven customer service experience with a track record of problem-solving

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (support for obtaining licensure may be available for the right candidate)

  • Prior experience in Management Liability or commercial insurance account management

  • Familiarity with AMS or similar agency management systems

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience and location

  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; FSA/HSA; 401(k); paid time off; and eligibility for bonuses
