  • Lead the sales process from discovery and qualification through solution alignment, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Translate label-converting workflows and business challenges into consultative solution recommendations aligned with operational and financial goals.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements and labels-industry use cases.
  • Partner with Customer Operations, Product, Professional Services, and other internal teams to support adoption, resolve commercial issues, and advance customer opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account activity, opportunity data, pipeline information, and forecasts in HubSpot.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Amtech's products, services, competitive positioning, and developments in the labels industry.
  • Represent Amtech at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events, with travel of approximately 30%–35%.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, quota, retention, and profitability targets in accordance with the Company's sales compensation plan.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Five or more years of successful enterprise software, ERP, or technology sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
  • Experience selling software and services to label converters, packaging manufacturers, printing companies, or related manufacturing organizations strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of label-manufacturing operations and production workflows, including estimating, scheduling, inventory, job costing, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customer relationships while identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and collaborate effectively with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and forecasting tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as business needs require.
