Job Description

Coordinate internal and external meetings and help manage complex calendars

General office duties and coordination of team events

Space planning for IG team

Manage of multiple calendars

Maintain office facilities and space planning for multiple teams and assist with new hire on-boarding

Update team organizational charts & calendars

Coordinate travel for the team

Submit expense reports as needed

Maintain schedules for meetings and conferences making adjustment based on dynamic priorities

Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, completing detailed meeting and travel itineraries and monitor and complete expense reports in a timely fashion

Qualifications

The ability and desire to handle and solve complicated logistical problems

Prior work experience in a Technology based company

Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) sit for prolonged periods of time, talk, use hands and finger to grip, pinch, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls

Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) stand for prolonged periods

Two to five years of administrative assistant experience preferred

Consolidate reports and material for executive meetings
