Verify and reconcile daily hotel revenue reports, F&B and cash summaries, city ledger and credit card transfers; audit cashier variances and floats; distribute approved reports and prepare monthly float summaries. Ensure compliance with policies and coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Director of Finance.

Supervise F&B service staff, ensure punctuality and grooming, maintain hygiene and inventory, manage guest service and complaints, train staff on SOPs, oversee outlet opening/closing and cashiering/POS procedures, and support F&B Manager.

Prepare assigned station and mise en place, maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, follow captain orders and portion control, ensure presentation, complete shift handovers, adhere to safety and resort policies, and assist teammates as needed.

As a Recreation Assistant, you will provide customer service, supervise sports activities, conduct fitness sessions, and ensure guest safety at the sports center.

Prepare, cook, plate, and present food while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and following food safety standards (HACCP). Assist with stock control, operate kitchen equipment safely, produce breads and pastries, participate in meetings and training, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient service in a five-star resort environment.
