Welcomes and assists spa guests, manages internal and external calls, schedules and confirms treatment reservations, allocates bookings, handles complaints, prepares daily and monthly reports, monitors boutique inventory, and reports maintenance needs while following spa policies and service standards.

Supervise food and beverage outlet operations, ensuring punctuality, guest satisfaction, hygiene, sanitation, inventory control, cashiering compliance, and service readiness. Direct and train service staff, provide feedback, handle complaints, coordinate VIP and event preparations, promote sales, maintain beverage and linen standards, and communicate operational needs to management.

Provide administrative support including complex calendar management, travel booking and itineraries, expense reports, office facilities and space planning, meeting coordination, onboarding assistance, and preparation of executive meeting materials.

Prepare, cook, plate, and present food while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and following food safety standards (HACCP). Assist with stock control, operate kitchen equipment safely, produce breads and pastries, participate in meetings and training, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient service in a five-star resort environment.

Provide guest-focused support at the Sports Center by organizing and supervising sports (volleyball, tennis, table tennis), leading aqua zumba/aerobics/aqua gym, running team-building activities, ensuring safety, maintaining facilities, and assisting the Entertainment and Recreation Manager.
