Technical Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AEM developers and QA engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high team productivity.
  • Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and system integrity.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration within the technical team and with cross-functional stakeholders, including global teams, requiring flexibility for off-hours communication.
  • Guide development teams on AEM architecture, code quality, and reusable component design.
Front-End & Digital Experience Optimization
  • Maintain hands-on proficiency in front-end development, including advanced CSS techniques, HTML5, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js experience is a plus), to ensure optimal user experience and pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate Figma designs into functional and visually appealing AEM components and templates.
  • Leverage familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), A/B testing methodologies, and personalization strategies to enhance user engagement and drive continuous improvement of our digital platforms.
  • Work to implement features that support these optimization efforts within AEM, understanding SEO principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Business Alignment & Global Collaboration
  • Possess a strong ability to understand complex business requirements and effectively translate them into detailed technical specifications and actionable development plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, products, development, and design teams to translate business and marketing strategies into scalable, efficient web solutions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing technology teams to support demand generation and lead quality through optimized web channel execution.
  • Support presales and solutioning activities by providing domain-aligned AEM strategies and estimations.
Content & Workflow Management
  • Oversee or contribute to the development, authoring, and publishing of high-quality digital content using AEM with a focus on technical accuracy, user engagement, and strategic impact.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline content creation, approval, and publishing processes leveraging AEM capabilities and integrations.
  • Customize and extend AEM authoring interfaces to optimize editorial productivity and user experience, balancing innovation with governance.
  • Manage digital assets and metadata within AEM DAM, ensuring best practices in tagging, versioning, and accessibility.
Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js experience is a plus).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
  • Deep understanding of specific business processes (e.g., insurance processes like policy servicing, claims, underwriting, and customer engagement) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE.
