About Intras Cloud Services & Intras AI

Intras Cloud Services is an AI-forward cloud consulting and managed services firm specializing in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and security & compliance solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. We are on a deliberate 10X growth trajectory — transforming from a boutique consultancy into a scalable, AI-powered technology services company over the next five years.

Intras AI is our dedicated AI practice — the innovation arm responsible for designing, building, and deploying the agentic AI systems that power both our internal operations and our client-facing service offerings. While Intras AI operates under the ICS umbrella today, it is being built with the vision and trajectory of a standalone AI business. The AI Architect will be the technical cornerstone of this practice.

We don't just sell AI readiness to our clients — we live it internally. Every team member is paired with dedicated AI partners as integrated tools in their daily workflow. AI is embedded in how we deliver, how we operate, and how we scale. This role is the engine behind that transformation.

We are hiring our first AI Architect to own the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI systems across ICS operations and the Intras AI practice. This is a foundational leadership role — you will define our AI architecture, build and deploy intelligent agents, and directly shape how ICS evolves from a traditional consulting firm into a Managed Intelligence Provider.

You will sit within ICS, giving you immediate access to active client engagements, revenue-generating projects, and real operational workflows to deploy against. Your charter and roadmap, however, are defined by the Intras AI vision — building a scalable, productized AI capability that will grow into its own business line over time.

This is not a research role. We need someone who ships. You'll be expected to have agents running in production within your first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the agentic AI architecture for both ICS internal operations and Intras AI's client-facing offerings — agent frameworks, orchestration layers, tool integrations, and deployment pipelines
• Build, train, and deploy AI agents that automate internal operations including project delivery, documentation generation, client onboarding, alerting, and service desk triage
• Develop AI-powered service offerings and productized solutions under the Intras AI brand, including AI Readiness Assessments and intelligent automation engagements
• Establish governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement frameworks for deployed agents
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and engineering team to align AI development with the company's 10X growth roadmap
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI platforms, LLMs, and automation tools into the company's technology stack
• Create repeatable agent deployment patterns that can scale across client engagements and eventually stand alone as Intras AI products
• Define KPIs and measure the business impact of deployed AI systems — cost savings, time reduction, revenue enablement
• Help build the business case and operational foundation for Intras AI to operate as a standalone entity as the practice matures

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, intelligent automation, or applied AI architecture
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent orchestration
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and API-driven agent tooling
• Ability to connect technical AI work directly to business outcomes — you think in ROI, not just accuracy metrics
• Self-directed and able to deliver in a small-team, high-autonomy environment
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain AI concepts to clients and executives, not just engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP, SI, or professional services environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure AI, Copilot extensibility, Microsoft 365)
• Background in building AI products or SaaS platforms
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and integration tools
• Prior experience as a first or early AI hire — you know how to build from zero

What Sets You Apart

• You ship agents, not slide decks — your portfolio includes AI systems running in production today
• You think in business impact: your first deployed agents should pay for themselves within months, not years
• You're energized by building from scratch and don't need a large team to start delivering
• You understand that governance and monitoring matter as much as deployment
• You want to build an AI practice from the ground up — with the backing of an established services company and a clear path to leading a standalone AI business

Benefits

Why This Role — The Opportunity Ahead

• Build the AI practice: Greenfield opportunity to architect the entire agentic AI capability for a company that's betting its future on it — with a clear trajectory toward Intras AI becoming its own entity
• Funded by real revenue: Unlike an unfunded startup, you'll sit inside ICS with active clients, live projects, and operational workflows to deploy against from day one
• 10X growth trajectory: ICS is transforming into a Managed Intelligence Provider over five years — you'll architect the AI systems that make that possible
• Direct CEO access: Work alongside a CEO who understands AI, uses it daily, and will remove every obstacle in your path
• Client-facing impact: Your work won't sit in a lab — it will power real client engagements and generate revenue immediately
• Equity in outcomes: Performance bonuses tied to the measurable impact of your AI deployments

To apply, please submit your resume and a brief portfolio or summary of 2–3 agentic AI or intelligent automation systems you personally designed and deployed to production. We want to see what you've shipped, not what you've theorized.
