Supports Project Managers with construction project setup, execution, closeout, financial management, client relationships, and construction administration. Coordinates pre-construction through closeout with clients, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include ensuring project processes are established, managing buyouts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals, navigating blueprints, and supporting commercial renovation projects. Required business travel is part of the role.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or related industry experience a plus
- 2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor
- Experience in buy out process alongside RFIs, change orders and submittals.
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites or other project management software a plus
- Ability to navigate blueprints.
- Field and/or procurement experience is a plus.
- Must have the flexibility for required business travel.

Salary Range InformationFlorida Base Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000 The range is Florida based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
