The AVP, Hedge Advisory & Analytics will support client hedging and risk analytics, primarily in mortgage servicing rights, by generating detailed reports, analyzing key portfolio risks, and providing timely trade recommendations. The analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting systems, analytics models, and related data infrastructure. This role requires solid analytical skills, good judgment, and the ability to clearly communicate with clients and internal teams.Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with institutional clients daily to support portfolio risk management and hedging objectives.
- Generate, review, and validate daily risk and hedge reports for institutional clients.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate methodologies, troubleshoot issues, and support integration initiatives.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or business administration, or equivalent education and experience. Master's Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an analyst-level role with increasing responsibility.
- CFA, FRM, Series 65, or similar professional designation preferred.
- Deep understanding of interest rate derivatives.
- Experience with programming languages such as VBA, Python, C++, or SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
