Overview

The Associate Account Manager will support the growth and success of TripleLift’s advertiser and agency partnerships by managing day to day account and campaign needs across the programmatic ecosystem. This role will work closely with clients, Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Finance and Engineering to ensure campaigns launch successfully, perform against KPIs and deliver a strong client experience.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and client focused, with an interest in building a career in digital media and ad tech. They will use campaign performance data to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues and make informed optimization recommendations while developing the skills needed to manage strategic client relationships and contribute to revenue growth. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to gain knowledge across programmatic, native, video and CTV advertising.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day point management for a book of brand direct and agency accounts, supporting campaign launch, optimization, and renewal.
  • Support in managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle. 
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify pacing or delivery issues, and proactively recommend and implement optimizations to hit client KPIs (CTR, viewability, completion rate, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Build and deliver clear, data-driven campaign performance reports and quarterly business reviews for clients.
  • Partner with Sales and the Account Manager to support pre-sale strategy, RFP responses, and onboarding of new advertiser and agency accounts.
  • Assist in steps involved in troubleshooting discrepancies, technical issues, and billing questions in coordination with Ad Operations, Finance, and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and campaign records in internal CRM and reporting tools.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and flag them to the Account Manager and/or Sales team.
  • Stay current on programmatic advertising trends, TripleLift product updates, and industry best practices (native, video, CTV) to advise clients effectively.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability of account management workflows.
  • Partner with senior account leaders to master and execute best practices in strategic relationship management and client revenue growth.
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of or strong interest in digital advertising and the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, native, video or CTV is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and an interest in working with campaign performance data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • A collaborative, problem solving mindset with a willingness to ask questions, learn new concepts and take on new responsibilities.
  • Eagerness to build a career in digital advertising, programmatic media and account management.
US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
