  • Leadership Accountability: Facilitate capacity planning discussions and establish expectations for timely, accurate inputs while maintaining functional leaders' accountability for their own resource allocation and capacity management.

  • Organizational Planning & Enablement: Lead organizational planning processes and coordination mechanisms that enable effective collaboration, communication, and operational continuity across APS.
  • Organizational Onboarding: Establish and coordinate standardized onboarding processes for new team members and leaders, ensuring effective integration into APS structures, priorities, governance processes, and ways of working.
  • Organizational Connectivity: Oversee the governance and maintenance of organizational distribution lists, stakeholder directories, and communication structures to support accurate, efficient information sharing.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate intra-team and cross-functional stakeholder alignment, ensuring clarity regarding roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and organizational interfaces.
