  • Activation and Optimization
  • Plan, build, launch, buy, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across DSPs and other paid media platforms.

  • Manage budgets, pacing, audience quality, frequency, inventory, creative performance, conversions, and other relevant indicators.

  • Lead optimization decisions across audiences, channels, partners, bids, budgets, placements, and creative.

  • Establish quality-control standards for campaign setup, tracking, launch, optimization, reporting, and billing.

  • Ensure campaigns meet platform, privacy, client, and regulated healthcare advertising requirements.

  • Apply campaign findings to future audience, channel, creative, and investment decisions.

  • Client Growth and Capability Building
  • Serve as a trusted media advisor and present strategies, investment recommendations, performance findings, and future opportunities to clients.

  • Identify opportunities to expand media engagements within existing client relationships.

  • Lead or contribute media strategy to pitches, proposals, scopes, and capabilities presentations.

  • Help evolve P10’s DSP and broader healthcare media capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic media, audience activation, inventory, bidding, optimization, brand safety, and frequency management.

  • Experience developing integrated media plans, budgets, forecasts, and client recommendations.

  • Working knowledge of paid social, paid search, video, audio, and other digital channels.
