About the role .

What you'll be doing.
- Thoroughly review business performance by region/market and identify and report on key drivers, including communicating with sales and broker team to understand root cause
- Understanding business drivers, collaborate with sales and demand planning team to explain and suggest changes to maintain an accurate forecast and a sku, customer level
- Utilizing all available internal and external data sources, identify key opportunities and risks that can be addressed by the sales and go to market teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop mechanics, set KPIs, and execute sales activation initiatives; participate in market as needed
- Facilitate communication internally/externally of activation priorities, expectations based on channel responsibilities
- Compile detailed activities to maintain ongoing business and carry out prescribed activities to address opportunities and risks and carry out sales campaigns in support of our various business plans
- Monitor and Report on ongoing efforts and outcomes of the Field Sales and Broker team against established KPIs and recommendations for course correction where required
- Utilize direct and 3 rd party data to establish clear target lists, develop plans to utilize those lists and measure and report on the outcome of those efforts
- Assist in streamlining two way data sharing between our sales, broker and go to market team
- Ability to provide clear understanding of what is driving our overall business performance as well as performance against key strategic KPIs
- Effectiveness in managing and reporting functional KPIs for the Field Sales and Broker Teams
- Ability to uncover opportunities and risks that can be readily turned into action plans and then tracking progress against these plans
- Enabling and Empowering our broker and direct sales team to work more efficiently by leveraging available internal and external data sources
What you'll need to be successful.
- 4+ years' experience in a variety Sales, Analytical and/or Strategy roles with focus on Sales Effectiveness, Operational Efficiency and/or Customer Relationship Management
- Leverages data and demonstrates analytics capabilities with the ability to identify insights, alternative solutions, and make recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present information
- Ability to manage multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence.
- Always striving for continuous improvement, can collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to create value for our customers and our organization.
- Works well under pressure, change and ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft product; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce and PowerBI (or similar)
