Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Quality Engineer to join our team in Hialeah, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status.
  • Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization.
  • Leads technical calls with suppliers
  • Works in collaboration internally with supply chain and externally with the customer on supplier management work transfer process
  • Drives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal BDSI organization.
  • Works to address non-conforming events
  • Works with customers on RMA products and submits documents for MRB approval.
  • Writes quality plans for customer products.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree - Engineering or related field of study
  • 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
  • 1+ years of experience with execution of root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Previous Aerospace experience
  • SAP experience

Summary pay range: $69,000.00 - $98,000.00
