The Opportunity
As a Banking & Capital Markets Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex tax regulations and optimizing their tax positions. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws, reviewing financial data, preparing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities
- Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related initiatives
- Utilizing technical proficiency in tax accounting and regulatory compliance consulting to enhance client service delivery
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns
- Developing strategies for corporate tax planning and minimizing risks of non-compliance
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across tax services teams
- Validating adherence to professional and technical standards within tax frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing tax positions and improving business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
