Position Overview:
The Branch Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and handling various operational functions to ensure the branch is operating in an efficient manner. This position provides high-level support to the Branch Manager including calendar management, coordination of business meetings, email management, and business tracking. This position also includes some marketing administrative responsibilities including events, mailers, email marketing, CRM, etc.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team’s and branch manager’s calendar; schedule a variety of business meetings.

  • Manage branch manager’s email.

  • Create well-organized, grammatically correct emails.

  • Assist with special events planning.

  • Utilize various software applications such as spreadsheets and Salesforce CRM to keep the rest of the team informed on clients and deals.

  • Ensure the branch follows the annual marketing calendar and plans.

  • Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems for the branch.

  • Maintain a calendar and contact database, schedule appointments, make travel or conference arrangements, and may arrange meetings and conferences for an assigned work group.

  • Perform administrative duties such as conducting research, updating databases/CRM, and preparing collateral materials.

  • Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts.

  • Execute on some predefined marketing tasks like email, mailers, events, sales campaigns, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
