The Business Analyst will partner with Product Managers to support the development and execution of product and service strategies. This includes maintaining product roadmaps across key segments (e.g., transportation batteries, industrial batteries, industrial e-mobility, hydrogen/fuel cells), aligned to long-term growth plans. They will take ownership of their own career and professional development by documenting and communicating career aspirations and any associated development needs to their manager .

The Business Analyst will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the battery and energy storage market to support strategic decision-making. This includes creating quarterly market analysis reports, evaluating market share dynamics, identifying competitive gaps, and delivering insights to leadership that guide growth strategy.
The candidate will regionalize market data to provide actionable insights into local competitive dynamics and customer needs. They will also support the development of business cases for new services, standards, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment growth objectives.

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,300 to $91,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

- Demonstrated experience conducting market research, competitive intelligence, market sizing, and industry trend analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in batteries, energy storage, EV, or industrial markets
- Exposure to standards, certification, or regulated industries
- Experience supporting product management or go-to-market activities
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, customer segmentation, or commercial analytics
