💼 About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering successful customer projects while maintaining Qargo’s high standards of customer service and teamwork.

You’ll analyse customer workflows, translate them into system configurations, and act as a bridge between our customers and technical teams.

Over time, you’ll have the chance to specialise in a functional domain that interests you, whether that’s transport operations, finance, or process automation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Dive deep into the customer’s business to understand their workflows, goals, and constraints

  • Translate business requirements into optimal system configurations within the Qargo TMS

  • Support with data mappings and transformations, ensuring system integrations run smoothly

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet both business and functional needs

  • Manage administrative and project tasks with precision and punctuality

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction

Skills & Experience
  • A genuine interest in transportation, logistics, or workflow automation

  • Background in SAAS, fintech, accounting, or operations is a plus

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate complex software systems

  • Proficient in Excel; basic scripting or SQL knowledge is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Adaptable, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment
