KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Play a lead role in SEKO’s international eCommerce expansion, targeting high-growth opportunities across key trade lanes including Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia – selling a mature, proven and highly scalable product.
- Develop new business opportunities with e-Commerce retailers, Freight Forwarding and other potential customers at all sales cycle stages including targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions.
- Effectively manage large scale, complex contract negotiations and close new business deals with all pillars of the business.
- Update and maintain Customer details, streamlined processes in the SalesForce platform.
- ·Work effectively with decisionmakers to develop long-term strategic relationships.
- Prepare sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of SEKO’s products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
- Attend conferences and forums to promote the SEKO brand.
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience selling solutions to business customers, including identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Experience building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external) and the ability to influence these stakeholders.
- Familiarity with solution selling, in addition to price and product selling with a particular focus on the technical integration with customers.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Refined probing ability to identify customers ds, potential solutions, and SEKO opportunities
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude while generating a compelling vision for their assigned regions, accepts ownership and accountability for their actions, activities, personal development, and results
- Strong ability to handle objections, internally and externally, professionally and successfully
- Strong relationship management skills, including effectively developing internal and external relationships by developing rapport and creating value for clients and SEKO
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Strong ability to effectively handle people, tasks, and market development problems/opportunities with the right attitude and correct action plans
- Strong Organizational skills (able to remain organized and effective while traveling).
- PC literate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific applications.
- Ability to become proficient in SEKO’s technology solutions
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five years sales experience required.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $114,100 - $163,050 USD per year.
