Collaborate with field sales and Sales Engineers to develop value propositions, meet activity goals (50+ contacts daily), schedule qualified appointments, and manage pipeline and reporting. Communicate effectively to transition accounts to Major Account Executives and demonstrate knowledge of Spectrum products to shorten the sales cycle.

- Collaborate with field-based sales teams and Sales Engineers to develop value propositions and build successful client relationships
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals by initiating 50+ contacts daily and scheduling qualified appointments using advanced outreach techniques
- Assess prospect needs and identify decision makers by executing targeted outbound campaigns
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Spectrum products and services to engage clients and improve the sales cycle
- Ensure seamless account transition to Major Account Executives through effective communication and thorough client documentation
- Manage sales activities, pipeline and reporting using Salesforce and other enablement tools

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience
- 1+ years of business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/software-as-a-service business development
- Business and account planning implementation experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Aptitude to learn Spectrum Business product suite and sales methodology
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent level of sales experience
