Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant who will be responsible for driving branch network optimization initiatives, managing critical business processes, and supporting enterprise-level decision-making. This role serves as a key partner across multiple functions-including Finance, Marketing, Operations, Real Estate, and Branch Leadership-to ensure the branch network is operating efficiently and aligned with corporate strategy.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$77,000.00 - $121,000.00

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant who will be responsible for driving branch network optimization initiatives, managing critical business processes, and supporting enterprise-level decision-making. This role serves as a key partner across multiple functions-including Finance, Marketing, Operations, Real Estate, and Branch Leadership-to ensure the branch network is operating efficiently and aligned with corporate strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Drive execution of initiatives spanning data analysis, planning activities, governance routines, leader and partner socialization, implementation and post-implementation analysis.
- Analyze complex and often ambiguous data sets to inform decision-making and support leadership discussions.
- Create executive-ready presentations and materials that clearly articulate issues, options, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned initiatives and operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, forecasting
- 2+ years of experience developing business cases, financial analyses, or recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and drive results.
- 2+ years of delivering presentations to audiences in a professional business environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations, analyses, and business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations, decision frameworks, and executive-ready communications.
- Familiarity with retail banking or a national branch network environment.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging SharePoint as an enterprise collaboration and knowledge management platform, including site strategy, content governance, and scalable solutions that support business objectives and team effectiveness.
- Experience with branch network planning, space and capacity management and Branch Distribution Strategy.
- Experience in creating business cases to support strategic investments and operational decisions.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.
- Knowledge of governance processes, data management, and operational controls.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working in a growing, evolving, or highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require.

- This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work in the office three (3) days per week, with a standard 8-hour workday during onsite days.
