Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.00 - $30.00/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform sale day administrative duties, including front counter operations, collecting and posting payments, matching titles with invoices and checks, customer service, data entry, filing, and document routing.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through face-to-face and phone interactions by answering questions and providing support.
- Complete basic data entry in the AS400 system and upload digital vehicle images as instructed.
- Prepare, issue, and distribute correspondence, invoices, receipts, checks, and other related documentation.
- Copy data and compile records and reports; accurately sort and file documents.
- Operate standard office equipment such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, and postage machines.
- Answer phones, relay messages, greet customers, and provide assistance as needed.
- Stamp, sort, and route incoming mail, including FedEx packages.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail with appropriate postage; generate FedEx shipping labels and ensure all items are properly packaged, labeled, and addressed.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and actively participating in Safety Excellence initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years' experience in a related field.
- Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic computer and software proficiency required.
- Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copiers and fax machines.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with strong manual dexterity.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception.
