Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee client cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all case-related tasks are progressing efficiently
- Track case progress, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them proactively
- Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Requirements
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Case Manager role or similar client-facing position
- Experience working in legal services or a related industry is a plus
