Leads product strategy, technology direction, roadmap prioritization, architecture decisions, and team building for an early-stage SaaS company. Owns product outcomes, evaluates the existing GenAI and cloud stack, guides multi-cloud and enterprise-security capabilities, and builds 0-to-1 products in collaboration with customers and partners. The role requires hands-on experience with modern AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and product organizations, with enthusiasm for Hyderabad’s startup ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For
• 10–12 years of hands-on technology experience, with at least 3–4 years owning product decisions - roadmap, prioritization, and tradeoffs, not just delivering against someone else's spec.
• Built your career at product companies - a SaaS startup, a product org inside a larger tech company, or similar — where you owned outcomes for a product with your name on it. This is not the right seat for someone coming from an IT-services or consulting background, where the muscle built is client delivery rather than product ownership.
• Direct experience with, or fast fluency in, the GenAI/LLM stack - vector databases, embedding pipelines, RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, or the MCP protocol. You don't need to have invented this, but you need to have built real things with it.
• Comfort with 0-to-1 or early-stage environments - pre-seed means ambiguity is the job, not an exception to it.
• Experience with cloud-agnostic or multi-cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and enterprise-security fundamentals - auth, audit, access control, multi-tenant isolation.
• Comfortable being customer- or partner-facing when it counts, without needing or wanting that to be the daily job - the pull for you is building the product and the team, not managing accounts.
• Genuine enthusiasm for building in Hyderabad's tech ecosystem; familiarity with T-Hub or India's startup and incubation landscape is a strong plus, not a requirement.
