Are you ready to unlock your true potential? Join a growing and global company where you can be part of a team that fuels supply chain solutions. Discover how you can make a big impact. We are seeking a Client Manager II to join our DiCentral team. In this role, you will independently own a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted resource. Your focus will be retaining and growing your book of business by being responsive, organized, and consultative — turning customer interactions into lasting relationships and revenue.
This role blends reactive account management with light consultative selling. You will handle inbound customer requests, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, and make sure every customer feels taken care of. Short sales cycles, warm relationships, and a high-volume account base make this a great fit for someone who thrives on pace
and organization.
This is a remote opportunity.

What You'll Do:
• Manage a portfolio of 300–400 accounts, serving as their primary contact for adding trading partners, integrations, and platform questions
• Drive customer retention by staying responsive and proactive — flag and address churn risk early through attentive relationship management
• Upsell and expand accounts by moving legacy contract customers to new subscription rate plans and identifying growth opportunities as customers scale
• Close renewals and expansion deals in a short-cycle environment (typically days to a few weeks)
• Route customer needs to the right internal teams — Support, Services, or Leadership — and follow through to resolution
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records including activities, notes, renewal timelines, and pipeline data
• Stay current on TrueCommerce platform capabilities and share relevant product updates and insights with customers

Requirements for Success:
• 2–4 years of Account Management, Customer Success, or related B2B experience
• Proven track record managing a high-volume book of business and hitting retention or growth targets
• Highly organized — comfortable managing 300+ accounts in a primarily inbound, responsive environment
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn and navigate SaaS platforms and integrated workflows
• Consultative selling skills: comfortable leading renewal, upsell, and expansion conversations
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first, ownership mindset
• Mid-market AM or CS experience in a SaaS or B2B tech environment preferred
• EDI knowledge or previous exposure to EDI workflows preferred
• NetSuite familiarity a plus

Perks & Benefits:
• Remote-first and casual work environment
• 401k with 3.5% company match, vested after 2 years
• 20 PTO days + 1 birthday day off + 3 summer days + 1 volunteer day + 11 company holidays
• Medical, dental, vision, and other life/health insurance plans
• Paid parental leave
• Wellness reimbursement program
