Our mission is to inspire authentic relationships through unforgettable live experiences. We deliver on that mission through two complementary platforms:

  • Food Services platform, which, under one roof, offers the nation's only one-stop shop for catering, ranging from recurring corporate meal programs to food truck-driven special events. The platform includes Roaming Hunger (the nation's leading food truck and mobile food marketplace), Cater2.me (a premier, curated, office catering provider), and Mobile Food Alliance (also known as MFA, which supports food entrepreneurs). Whether it’s a party, a large corporate event, a lunch service, a festival, or anything in between—if an event needs catering, we deliver the solution.
  • Brand Experience platform, anchored by RMNG, is the country's premier experiential marketing agency focused on mobile and pop-up activations.

We aim to redefine industry standards, and we're on the lookout for talented individuals who share our vision and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage meal programs, including recurring schedules and special events, ensuring each experience fits client preferences, budget, and company culture.
  • Review and act on client feedback, adjusting menus and service plans to improve satisfaction continuously.

  • Monitor program budgets and order accuracy, balancing great food experiences with cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily logistics with the Workplace Dining team to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally, keeping clients informed and delighted.
  • Contribute to process improvements, sharing insights and ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excitement and enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service (catering, food tech, or related industries preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills—comfortable working with both clients and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset; thrives in a team-driven, dynamic workplace.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances
  • Comfortable with technology platforms (Salesforce, CRMs, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $55,000
  • Quarterly bonus potential
  • Participation in our flexible PTO policy
  • Healthcare benefits with employer contribution
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Opportunities for professional growth through learning programs and mentorships
  • A great group of people to work with!
  • To be part of an organization that truly lives its values
