Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to serve as the strategic bridge between JLL, our technology organization (JLLT), and key client account in delivering successful technology integration and operational enablement. This role will lead the "Customer Zero" implementation strategy, ensuring seamless integration of JLL and Client’s enterprise platforms like Salesforce Field Service and Corrigo, while protecting respective proprietary processes and competitive advantage.


The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations, managing integration timelines and risks, and ensuring operational readiness across WPM core processes. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities to navigate sophisticated commercial, technical, and change management challenges.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Integration Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end technology integration initiatives for strategic client accounts, ensuring alignment between JLL operations, JLLT architecture, and client technology ecosystems
  • Develop and execute integration strategies that balance day-one operational requirements with long-term transformation vision.
  • Partner with Legal and Commercial teams to review and negotiate contract terms, manage IP protection, and address commercial risks including management fee structures.
  • Serve as the primary transformation lead for complex integrations, coordinating between Corrigo, Field Service, and other enterprise platforms

 

Technology Operationalization & Integration Management

  • Orchestrate and oversee the technical integration architecture, working closely with EDP resources to meet aggressive timelines (e.g., integration completion requirements
  • Manage the phased implementation approach, including asset synchronization, work order routing, vendor dispatch logic, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
  • Establish governance frameworks for automated dispatching, ensuring clear decision-making protocols between JLL and technology partners
  • Define and monitor integration KPIs, adjusting operational models to maintain efficiency targets during technology transitions

 

Risk Management & Data Protection

  • Proactively identify and mitigate integration, timeline, and commercial risks throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Ensure robust data protection protocols, preventing competitor access to JLL's proprietary intelligence including capital planning, budgeting, and forecasting insights.
  • Safeguard JLL's real estate database insights and workplace intelligence that constitute competitive differentiators.
  • Establish contractual frameworks for data sanitization, IP protection, and mutual exchange of insights with technology partners.

Business Operations Optimization

  • Utilize data analytics to track technology adoption, system performance, and operational efficiency metrics
  • Develop clear migration strategies from manual recommendation models to automated dispatching capabilities
  • Plan for future-state capabilities including predictive capital planning, IoT integration, and connected asset management
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance technology-enabled processes across work order management, vendor coordination, and financial processing.

Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Lead comprehensive change management initiatives across JLL operations teams, clients, and vendor ecosystems
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Operations Performance, Program Management, Tech Deployment, Client Onboarding, Products, and JBS teams.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment meetings with senior leadership (e.g., coordinating with transformation executives) to ensure organizational buy-in.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technology proficiency and adoption across field service teams

Resource & Commercial Coordination

  • Structure outcome-based Statements of Work for specialized capabilities including change management, technical architecture, and CMMS administration.
  • Partner with JLLT to secure integration resources and manage resource allocation across competing priorities.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to manage fee-at-risk structures and ensure appropriate contractual protections.
  • Balance client demands for cost transparency with JLL's principal business model and proprietary processes.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12-15+ years of experience in corporate real estate, technology implementation, operations transformation, or related roles
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-platform technology integrations (CMMS, ERP, field service management systems)
  • Demonstrated experience navigating commercial negotiations, contract structures, and IP protection frameworks
  • Experience working with enterprise clients on large-scale operational transformations

Technical & Business Competencies

  • Strong understanding of workplace management technology stack, including Corrigo, EDP, E1,  enterprise integration architectures as well as sourcing & procurement and financial processes.
  • Understanding of SOC, SOX, ISO compliance requirements and real estate technology risk management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, KPI development, and visualization tools
  • Understanding of predictive maintenance, IoT integration, and connected building technologies.
  • Familiarity with financial processing systems and vendor management platforms

Leadership & Collaboration Skills

  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior executives, client leadership, and technology partners
  • Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage aggressive timelines and competing priorities
  • Excellence in change management methodologies and organizational adoption strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization across multiple functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa

Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • ITIL or technology service management certification
  • HCD (Human-Centered Design) trained or equivalent.

Estimated compensation for this position:

203,000.00 – 230,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
