THE OPPORTUNITY

Fe League exists to close the leadership gap by building community, coaching access, and peer networks for professionals at every stage of their rise. We are not a conference. We are not a newsletter. We are a compounding membership organization with a vision to become the defining community advancing into their next phase of their career up to executive leadership.

We are looking for a Co-Founder and Executive Director to own the end-to-end growth and operations of Fe League. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something with lasting impact, alongside a founding team of six co-founders and an active board of directors, with infrastructure and enterprise relationships already in place.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Membership growth, from acquisition through retention, across all program tiers.

  • Community experience design, including programming, events, coaching integrations, and peer cohort activation.

  • Organizational operations, budget management, and partnership development

  • Brand and thought leadership externally, representing Fe League in media, speaking, and strategic relationships

  • Revenue performance against membership and commission targetsCollaboration with six co-founders and a board of directors on strategy, governance, and scale

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • An executive coach with executive level experience looking to expand their coaching platform to offer more value-add services

  • Deep passion for path-making, leadership development to accelerate leadership potential, and a track record of showing up for that mission professionally or personally.

  • Experience in executive coaching, leadership development, organizational community building, or adjacent fields.

  • A strong existing network of professional communities

  • Entrepreneurial operating experience, you have built, sold, or launched something before, even informally

  • Strong commercial instincts, you are comfortable owning revenue targets and driving membership growth.

  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to operate autonomously and influence without authority.

  • Comfort with an equity-forward compensation structure at an early-stage organization. You will have access to board support, co-founder collaboration, established infrastructure, and a network built to accelerate this mission.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

EQUITY: Meaningful co-founder stake with vesting schedule

BASE: Modest base

COMMISSION: Tied directly to membership revenue you drive
