Description:
Our client is expanding its use of Power BI and SSRS, and needs an innovative individual to join its IT Department help grow our established Power BI for Excel / SSRS environment. 

 The successful candidate will:
be responsible for designing and implementing visualizations, dashboards, scorecards, and analytic solutions using Power Pivot, Power BI and SSRS
help convert Tableau BI reporting logic to a Power BI/SSRS interactive reporting solution
research new technologies, tools and methodologies as they emerge that may improve the overall service offering.
teach others in IT and the business how to use these tools effectively.
work independently with users to elicit requirements
manage timelines and expectations, and create clear documentation

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have these qualifications:
Strong SQL and Stored Procedure skills
Advanced knowledge of Power Pivot, Power BI, SSRS and Tableau
Experience with SSAS multidimensional and tabular models and querying the same with MDX
Experience with MS SQL Server, SharePoint, and with SQL Query performance tuning
Good interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
