This is a remote position.


  • Own Rayda's global community and events strategy across IT practitioners, customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Launch and grow IT Unplugged, starting with the London chapter and developing a scalable global chapter model.
  • Build strong relationships with IT leaders, practitioners, technology communities, event organisers and industry associations.
  • Plan and execute high quality community events, conferences, roundtables, dinners, webinars and other industry experiences.
  • Develop and manage a global events calendar and prioritisation framework to ensure Rayda invests in the most valuable opportunities.
  • Recruit, support and enable volunteer Chapter Leads to grow IT Unplugged across key global markets.
  • Develop community and sponsorship partnerships with technology companies, MSPs, EORs, media organisations and industry communities.
  • Work with Marketing and Content to turn events and community conversations into compelling content and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships to create valuable customer, prospect and partner engagement opportunities.
  • Establish and track community, event and content metrics to measure engagement, growth and commercial impact.



  • Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in community, events, marketing, partnerships or a related role.
  • Proven experience building and growing professional or technology communities.
  • Strong experience planning and executing events, conferences, roundtables or similar experiences.
  • Experience building relationships with senior professionals, industry leaders and community stakeholders.
  • Experience developing partnerships, sponsorships or co hosted events.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build something from scratch with limited structure.
  • Strong understanding of community engagement, event marketing and content amplification.
  • Experience in IT, technology, SaaS or B2B environments is strongly preferred.
  • London/UK preferred, with ability to operate globally.
