About the Role

The Compliance Analyst is an individual contributor role that supports the effectiveness of the One Pass Compliance Program through the execution, monitoring and oversight of assigned compliance activities across the organization. Reporting directly to the Compliance Lead, this role will serve as the supporting partner to the Compliance Lead in ensuring the organization’s continuous adherence to compliance policies, processes, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements related to Medicare Advantage supplemental fitness benefits and associated operations. This position has a moderate impact on the department’s productivity through the timely completion of assigned responsibilities within the Compliance Workplan while balancing the delivery of compliance support to business stakeholders. This role will continue the maturation of the One Pass Compliance Program and be an active stakeholder in identifying opportunities for the improvement of operational compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform timely annual review of organization’s Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and policies and procedures and ensure accessibility in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements

  • Partner with the Compliance Lead as a secondary subject matter expert in One Pass Compliance, providing leadership in owning operational compliance functions while reporting through departmental channels

  • Manage end-to-end compliance training distribution via One Pass’ learning management system, including assignment of trainings for newly hired/contracted workforce members and Board members, addressing technical questions about the training, and driving on time training completions

  • Address compliance hotline reports, ensuring thorough investigation, documentation of issue resolution, and client reporting in partnership with Account Management team

  • Perform internal monitoring and quality assurance reviews of exclusions screening processes and controls to ensure audit-ready screening records, including completeness and timely execution

  • Respond to health plan clients’ requests for attestations and audits, providing accuracy in responses, evidence, and documentation of submissions in Compliance SharePoint Audit/RFP list to ensure consistency

  • Analyze submitted conflicts of interest surveys from new and existing employees, assessing for potential conflicts and identifying responses that warrant further follow up

  • Partner in the development of the annual compliance workplan, identifying opportunities for auditing and monitoring for the advancement of the compliance program and risk management

  • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Security teams in review of cross-departmental projects, including the review of offshore vendors, controls for improved application usability in accordance with Privacy standards, and development of new products in compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and risk mitigation best practices

  • Support Growth in providing timely compliance responses to RFPs while upholding company policy on confidentiality

  • Participate in regular meetings with the One Pass Marketing team, reviewing proposed disclaimers and providing guidance on marketing collateral to ensure organization’s compliance with Medicare rules on marketing, outreach and the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

  • Report weekly to the Compliance Lead and Chief Compliance Officer on the status of compliance projects, including wins, challenges, and areas where support may be needed to ensure timely delivery of compliance workplan areas

  • Uphold the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, exemplifying the highest standards of compliance and ethics

 
About You

The ideal candidate is both self-driven and collaborative, capable of managing multiple compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A successful Compliance Analyst is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to balance independent work while building strong collaborative relationships across the organization. They are intellectually curious, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively, translating complex compliance requirements into practice, business-friendly solutions for stakeholders. Top candidates are dependable problem-solvers who take ownership of their responsibilities, consistently deliver high-quality work, anticipate compliance risks, and contribute to the development of a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field.

  • 2 to 4 years of related work experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, auditing, risk management, or a related healthcare operational role, with demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting compliance programs, audit support, investigations, training administration, and regulatory oversight.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certificated in healthcare Compliance (CHC) or actively pursuing a healthcare compliance or auditing certifications (e.g., CHC, CHCP, CCEP).

  • Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health plan compliance programs, including familiarity with CMS requirements, HIPAA, delegated oversight, downstream entity monitoring, FDRs, FWA compliance, and regulatory audits.

  • Experience analyzing compliance and operational data to support risk identification, creation of risk reporting and dashboards, and informed compliance decision-making

One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
