Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience
A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting
The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success
Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends
The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally
