Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, qualification, and candidate presentation.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, including compensation, candidate availability, and competitive trends.
Negotiate offers and facilitate offer acceptance.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in an ATS/HRIS.
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline activity, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance.
Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, diversity hiring, and sourcing strategies.
Key Qualifications
3–7+ years of recruiting experience
Corporate/in-house, agency, or high-volume recruiting experience
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean-search skills
Experience with an ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, etc.
Strong hiring-manager relationship management
Excellent communication and candidate-management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Experience recruiting across multiple functions
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is often preferred, but experience can sometimes substitute.
