Position Overview As a Corporate Travel Advisor, you'll be a vital member of our Operations Team, orchestrating seamless travel experiences for Direct Travel clients. You'll combine expertise in travel logistics with a commitment to cost efficiency, policy compliance, and exceptional service—leveraging our corporate partnerships and preferred vendors to deliver results that drive both client satisfaction and company profitability.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries spanning air, hotel, ground transportation, rail, and premium car services
- Manage complex, multi-account portfolios with precision and attention to detail
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers and travel arrangers, providing responsive first-level support for customer service and technical inquiries
- Ensure all arrangements align with client travel policies while strategically utilizing Direct Travel preferred vendors to optimize cost and margins
- Uphold Direct Travel service standards across all communications—phone, email, and in-person interactions—and escalate issues according to established protocols
- Maintain operational excellence through adherence to company procedures, tool utilization, productivity metrics, accuracy standards, and attendance expectations
- Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay current with industry trends and internal process updates (office attendance required for remote-based employees as needed)
- Foster a collaborative, professional workplace culture through positive relationships with team members
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Efficiently use native Sabre to complete all booking requests
