As a Customer & Partner Experience (CPX) Coordinator, you play an integral role in serving Workiva’s customers and partners, as well as the Customer & Partner Experience (CPX) Team internally. You’ll work with many teams covering a wide range of activities, from operational and analytical tasks, to front-line engagements with customers and partners, building skills and experiences to grow your career at Workiva. This is a highly collaborative role, which requires excellent organization, clear communication and a passion for building relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of Workiva products and the impact they can have on our customers and partners

  • Works cross-functionally within CPX and across Workiva

  • Utilize JIRA, Zendesk, Gainsight and Salesforce.com for customer and partner account and user management

  • Publish and moderate the digital customer communication experience, triage customer feedback, and collaborate with teams to address issues

  • Assist on various CPX strategic initiatives, projects, and tasks which could include anything from building content or facilitating meetings

  • Help define the roles and responsibilities of new coordinators to improve the overall program

What You’ll Need  

Minimum Qualifications

  • No previous professional experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Teamwork oriented with high attention to detail and experience in the designated area of expertise

  • Organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, organizational goal, and initiatives

  • High-energy, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to work successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Customer-first mentality with ability to identify needs and expectations, and responds to requests in a timely and effective manner

  • Technical aptitude, with competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests  

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $23.00 - $36.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
