The Creative Services Director (CSM) is responsible for creative direction, design, development, and communication for the organization and its clients. The CSM directs creative output for the brand from the early concept stages through to production. Oversees project workflows, from initiation to delivery to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and support design, branding, and marketing activities for the organization
  • Responsible for design team, whose duties focus on developing the brand and creating marketing materials and other content and produces, designs and delivers creative assets
  • Responsible for working with external freelancers and creatives as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences to deliver high-quality creative solutions that generate a positive ROI
  • Manage, mentor and develop team
  • Make sure the team stays innovative, current and aware of trends to keep campaign looks fresh

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in a Creative Lead Role 
  • 3+ years or experience managing, coaching and developing employees required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proven experience in cross-departmental collaboration
  • Experience managing third-party vendors
  • Data-driven decision making

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000 - $158,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
