Launch Your Career by Helping Customers and Businesses Grow

The Cary Company is seeking a curious, analytical, and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Growth Coordinator.

This unique opportunity blends marketing, analytics, ecommerce, AI, customer experience, and business strategy. We're looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, solving problems, developing new ideas, and using data to drive meaningful business results.

You'll analyze customer behavior, ecommerce activity, marketing initiatives, and business data to uncover opportunities that increase customer engagement, revenue, and long-term customer value.

Successful candidates will begin with a structured 5-6 month Customer Experience Trainee Program designed to provide exposure to key areas of the business before transitioning into the Customer Growth Coordinator role.

You'll work closely with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, and Analytics to identify trends, develop growth initiatives, test new ideas, and turn insights into action. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technology, customer insights, and data to help drive business growth.

  • Marketing
  • Product Management
  • Data & Analytics
  • AI & Automation Initiatives

This foundational experience will help you develop a strong understanding of our customers, products, systems, and growth strategies before transitioning into the Customer Growth Coordinator role.
