Advantage Auto Group, is looking for a part-time Customer Relations Representative to join our Service Department team.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to service customers to gather feedback on services performed on vehicle. 
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Service Manager when needed
  • Track and report response data and customer satisfaction trends
  • Support the service team in maintaining strong customer relationships post-visit

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and call volume targets
  • Automotive service or customer service background preferred, not required
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
