The Data Analyst supports Product and Partner Management leadership by aligning priorities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, sharing knowledge, and analyzing business information. The role requires querying databases, using Excel and potentially business intelligence tools, evaluating risks and opportunities, supporting requirements gathering, leading meetings, and making informed business decisions while managing multiple priorities.

The Data Analyst aligns all tactical and strategics priorities with Product and Partner Management (PPM) leadership initiatives.
* What you'll do:
* Serve as a conduit/broker for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience in an analytical role
* OR 6 years of work experience in an analytical role
* Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of SQL, MDX, DAX and/or other database query language(s).
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel), and other tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction and make sound business decisions.
* History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate information, identify risks and opportunities, while possessing creative problem-solving skills with an understanding of business concepts and models.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings, tailoring messages to the given audience.
* MBA.
* Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlikview, or PowerBI), VBA, or Python.
* Data warehouse experience.
