The Deal Desk Manager will support the creation/construction, review and approval of commercial proposals and overall deal management for the Americas. As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will demonstrate significant experience in preparing high value financial proposals/bids, developing financial models for deals - influencing client and internal stakeholders, gained within an international business environment.

The role demands advanced Excel modeling skills, an eye for detail and the gravitas to support senior decision makers during the bid process, mobilization and roll-out of contract.

Responsibilities

As a Deal Desk Manager, your impact will be:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Executive leadership in structuring and negotiating complex enterprise transactions.
  • Evaluate and approve deal structures to ensure alignment with company policies, financial targets, and revenue recognition rules.
  • Analyze pricing, margin, and risk trade-offs in large multinational opportunities and provide recommendations that balance customer needs with company objectives.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure that all deals comply with revenue recognition and financial reporting standards (ASC 606 or equivalent).
  • Provide deal strategy guidance to Sales leadership across the Americas region, ensuring consistency and scalability of deal terms and governance.
  • Review and interpret contractual language to identify commercial risks and recommend solutions.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to improve deal governance and enhance visibility into pipeline, approvals, and performance metrics.
  • Deliver training and enablement to Sales and cross-functional teams on pricing guidelines, approval processes, and deal structuring best practices.
Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, or similar functions, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven experience structuring and managing large, complex, multinational deals.
  • Strong understanding of finance principles, revenue recognition (ASC 606 or IFRS 15), and their application to SaaS/recurring revenue models.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation support experience, and ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively across geographies and functions.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred 
  • Preferred location: US PST timezone

Expected compensation for the role is between $100,000 - $120,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be determined by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
