ResponsibilitiesUS Citizenship Required.
- Develop and administer a program plan that aligns with organizational objectives
- Define program requirements, identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, and coordinate to receive their input
- Develop and disseminate communications regarding the program and answers questions
- Track program progress, adoption, or performance and provide ongoing reports to leadership and program sponsors
- Build and maintain working relationships with team members and other groups and departments involved in projects leveraging superb communication and interpersonal skills. Reports will be created, maintained, and presented to upper management to document progress, status, and risks of projects
- Assist in coordinating all of the scheduling tasks related to an Livescan deployment in new and existing networks including communications to the Sales, Software Engineering, Program Operations, Supply Chain, Field Services, and State Agencies.
- Responsible for setting the schedule for all onsite deployment efforts in conjunction with the various resource teams
- Serve as the POC for all communication from all resource teams for any onsite deployment tasks
- Creation and delivery of presentations
- Data management and analysis
- Ability to perform work under direct supervision
- Ability to handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
- Bachelor's degree preferred, HS Diploma Required, and 4-6 years of relevant experience
The US base salary range for this position is $48,970-61,329 + bonus + benefits. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, all compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each hire. The final offer may vary depending on a combination of factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
