About the Role

The Supernova Development Program (internally known as the Rising Star Program) is a 12 to 18-month launchpad for early-career talent who want to break into fintech and make an immediate impact. As a Development Associate, you’ll rotate through 2–3 different teams (each around 6 months), gaining exposure to core areas of our business while exploring where your skills and passions fit best.

 

You won’t just observe — you’ll be contributing from day one. Whether it’s supporting operations, engaging directly with customers, or helping shape our products, you’ll get hands-on experience that builds both technical expertise and business acumen. The program is set up to prepare you to be ready to step into a full-time role that aligns with your interests, strengths, and career goals.


Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions with rotations in Loan Operations, Customer Support, and other teams across Supernova.
  • Build deep product knowledge by learning how clients and advisors interact with our platform and understanding the technology behind it.
  • Engage directly with clients, supporting calls, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Contribute to impactful projects, such as data analysis, product enhancements, and process improvements that drive business results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, product, engineering, and customer success.
  • Develop professionally through structured mentorship, feedback, and training designed to accelerate your growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hunger for learning and a curious mindset with the drive to explore and solve problems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, or extracurriculars.
