Texas Instruments is seeking an Engineering Supervisor. This position generally reports to an Engineering Section Manager or Engineering Manager, and is responsible for supervising the technician workforce inside a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. You will also prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Key responsibilities include planning and administering procedures and budgets, making budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. As an Engineering Supervisor you may also develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience working within a Semiconductor Fab
