Position Title: Digital Content & Social Marketing Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Content & Social Marketing Manager to own our content engine and social media presence. This role will transform internal initiatives, sales insights, and company expertise into compelling external content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This individual will play a key role in creating consistency across messaging, supporting sales and events, and ensuring our brand shows up effectively in the market. This role was created to support the expansion of ASP’s downstream NA commercial marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution / Campaign Management
- Develop and manage a monthly editorial content calendar aligned with business priorities
- Translate internal initiatives (sales, product, events) into external-facing content
- Create high-quality written content, including social posts, campaign messaging, and thought leadership
- This role will support the localization of Global initiatives, Fortive, IPG, CWS and other internal business support.
- Work with category managers to align on marketing briefs to create and drive 360 integrated marketing plan, create content, sales tools etc
- Optimize digital campaign content across owned, earned and paid channels (LinkedIn, web, email, paid social)
- A/B testing of content messaging to ensure most effective messaging to represent our products and brands.
- Track and analyze content, build metrics, track and report out via Fortive standards (DVM)
Social Media Management and Tradeshow
- Own and manage all company social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
- Plan, schedule, and publish consistent, high-quality content
- Monitor performance and optimize based on engagement and results
- Report out timely lead capture data from tradeshows and pre/post emails
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams, Marketing and Cross-Functional teams to identify customer insights and content opportunities
- Work with internal stakeholders to extract and develop subject matter expertise into content
- Support trade shows and events through pre-, during-, and post-event content
Design & Creative Management
- Work with freelance designers and internal requests from cross-functional team members and corporate-related needs for asset creation (ads, one-pagers, social graphics)
- Develop and maintain templates to streamline content production
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and compliance/regulatory rules are followed
Performance Tracking
- Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, content output, and campaign performance, organized Content Calendar very important.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Contribute to and help maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and design systems to enable efficient, scalable creative development.
- Ensure files are organized, version-controlled, and delivery-ready for multiple channels and regions. Must be very strategic in helping to plan social-related content.

Education:
High School or Equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree
PhD Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Years of Related Experience:
- 2–6+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or marketing communications (creative or graphic or content writing knowledge a plus)
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, strategic planning required
- Experience in B2B or corporate marketing environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills, copywriting
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders (clinical, corporate, marketing)

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, project management tools, Excel, Word, Hubspot, editorial content calendar)
- Experience managing freelancers or external vendors, leadership, and corporation-related requests
